Security Deposit

A 100% refundable security deposit will be returned within 2
days after the trailer is picked up and inspected for damages.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event are fully refundable.

Example: If your event is on June 30, you must cancel by May 31 for a full refund.

Final Payment

Payment is due upon delivery. Accepted forms: cash, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover), or Zelle.

Water

Access to a water spigot (for a hose) is required. If unavailable, a full tank of water can be provided for $250.00.

Electric

The trailer requires an electrical outlet with a 20 AMP breaker. We provide a 100' 12 gauge, 3 prong electrical extension. We can also provide a 5,000 watt predator generator for $100.

Parking Requirements

2 Stall Trailer: 15 ft parking spot
- 3 Stall Trailer: 18 ft parking spot
- 4 Stall Trailer: 20 ft parking spot

Delivery

Delivery will be made NO LATER than the morning of your event within a 3 hour window, unless you request a delivery date the day before and we confirm. We will confirm your delivery window 2 days before your event. Pick up is generally on Monday.

Liability

The renter assumes all liability and responsibility for the rented units. Tri State Luxury Restrooms is not liable for any accidents or incidents involving the use of our equipment.

Applicable Laws

The laws of New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut apply, depending on the delivery location.

Cleaning

All trailers are delivered clean and fully stocked. We handle cleaning and sanitization upon pickup.

Additional Protections

- Customer must ensure adequate space and accessibility for delivery and removal.
- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the renter.
- Units must not be moved from the delivery location without written consent.
